Phil Hendrie and Jeff Dowder on the DNA Issue

Phil_hendrie_logoWell, the next podcast will come out next week, so here's a little something to tide you over.  As you probably have already read or heard, the LA Times did a story on the DNA issue in regards to the Book of Mormon.  Over at Dave's he did a good analysis.

But you probably didn't hear the analysis between Phil Hendrie and Jeff Dowder.  Phil does a comedy radio show in which he voices different characters, and his Jeff Dowder character calls in and talks about how the LA Times article has created an upheaval at the courtyard at the temple.  He goes on to explain his credentails, since he is a jack Mormon, and all his ex-girlfriends are Mormon also.

Anyways, some of you out there might not find this funny at all (especially if this is your first exposure to Phil Hendrie), but it tickled my funny.  The bit about 4 to 3 cars leaving Salt Lake every 15 minutes really cracked me up.
